HHS Updates Medicare Retiree Drug Subsidy Program System of Records

The Department of Health and Human Services is updating a system of records to improve subsidy payments for Medicare retirees, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974, and renaming it to 'Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS), HHS/CMS/CM'.
