EPA Approves South Carolina's Plan to Reduce Sulfur Dioxide Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency has approved South Carolina's State Implementation Plan to address the interstate transport of sulfur dioxide emissions, which contribute to nonattainment of the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard.
