Cboe Exchange, Inc. Seeks to Move Rule 10.2 and Related Rules to Proposed Chapter 12 of Rulebook Following Platform Migration

Cboe Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to relocate Rule 10.2 and related rules governing summary suspension of trading permit holders to proposed Chapter 12 of its rulebook, set to take effect after the migration of its trading platform to the same system used by Cboe-affiliated exchanges.
