Policy Statement on Demurrage and Accessorial Rules and Charges

The Surface Transportation Board is issuing a proposed policy statement to outline principles for evaluating demurrage and accessorial rules and charges. The public is invited to comment on the proposed policy, which may be revised based on feedback.
