EPA Approves New Jersey Air Quality Implementation Plans for Refineries and Chemical Plants

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revised air quality plans for four refineries and chemical plants in New Jersey, requiring them to install domed roofs on external floating roof tanks to reduce volatile organic compound emissions.
