OSD Modifies JAMRS Recruiting Database System of Records

The Office of the Secretary of Defense is updating its Joint Advertising, Market Research & Studies (JAMRS) Recruiting Database system to improve its effectiveness in direct marketing recruiting efforts and to better measure the success of list purchases.
