EPA Denies New York's Petition on Clean Air Act Section 126(b) Request

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has rejected a petition submitted by the State of New York on March 12, 2018, which sought to establish that hundreds of sources in nine states significantly contribute to nonattainment of ozone standards in Chautauqua County and the New York Metropolitan Area.
