Cboe Exchange, Inc. Seeks Approval for New Rule Regarding In-Kind Exchange of Options Positions and ETF Shares

The Cboe Exchange, Inc. has submitted a proposed rule change to adopt a new rule allowing for the in-kind exchange of options positions and ETF shares, and the exchange has received an order from the relevant regulatory body to approve the rule change on an accelerated basis, following modifications made in response to comments received.
