Veolia ES Technical Solutions, LLC Granted Exemption for Hazardous Waste Injection at Port Arthur Facility

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reissued an exemption to Veolia ES Technical Solutions, LLC for two Class I hazardous waste injection wells at their Port Arthur, Texas facility, allowing for the underground injection of specific hazardous wastes until December 31, 2041.
