EPA Proposes Revision to Washington State Air Quality Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to revise the Washington State Implementation Plan (SIP) to approve updates to the Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council (EFSEC) air quality regulations, which govern major energy facilities in the state.
