NEH Publishes Final Rule Implementing Privacy Act Regulation

The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) released a final rule on July 19, 2019, which includes technical corrections to its agency-specific Privacy Act regulation, as mandated by the Privacy Act of 1974.
