EPA Proposes Approval of Ohio NOX SIP Call Rules Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Ohio's request to revise its State Implementation Plan (SIP) to incorporate changes to the state's rules for monitoring Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) emissions, which would allow for alternative monitoring requirements for certain industrial sources.
