EPA Seeks Comments on On-Highway Motorcycle Certification and Compliance Program ICR

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comments on an upcoming Information Collection Request (ICR) for on-highway motorcycle emissions certification and compliance, which is set to expire on March 31, 2020, and requires OMB approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act.
