Annual Civil Monetary Penalties Inflation Adjustment

The Department of Health and Human Services is updating its regulations to reflect annual inflation-related increases to civil monetary penalties, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015, and making a technical correction to address a regulatory error.
