EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerance for Dinotefuran on Fuzzy Kiwifruit

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to use dinotefuran on fuzzy kiwifruit, resulting in a maximum permissible level for residues of the pesticide on the commodity, which expires on December 31, 2022.
