EPA Announces Availability of Draft TSCA Risk Evaluation for N-Methylpyrrolidone (NMP) and Solicits Public Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is releasing a draft Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) risk evaluation for N-Methylpyrrolidone (NMP) and inviting the public to review and comment on the document. The EPA will also host a public meeting to discuss the draft risk evaluation and is seeking input from the TSCA Science Advisory Committee on Chemicals (SACC) through a peer review process.
