NMFS Extends Public Comment Period for Deschutes Basin Habitat Conservation Plan

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is extending the public comment period for the proposed Deschutes Basin Habitat Conservation Plan (DBHCP) developed by the Deschutes Basin Board of the Control and the City of Prineville, in support of their application for an incidental take permit from NMFS and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS).
