US Army Ditches Regulation on Family Support and Child Custody

The US Army has repealed a regulation governing support and nonsupport of family members, child custody involving soldiers, paternity complaints against soldiers, and adoption proceedings involving children of soldiers, citing that it is obsolete and unnecessary.
