Bureau of Reclamation to Prepare Environmental Impact Statement for Eastern North Dakota Alternate Water Supply Project

The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking public input on the Eastern North Dakota Alternate Water Supply Project, with a public scoping comment period to be announced, as part of its preparation for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)
