Palmetto State Armory Seeks Exemption to Increase Short-Haul Driving Radius

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has received an application from Palmetto State Armory (PSA) to increase the 100-air-mile radius for short-haul operations from 100 to 150 air miles, allowing two of its drivers to record hours of service on time records instead of the required record of duty status (RODS) when operating within the new radius.
