EPA Approves West Virginia Plan to Reduce Emissions from Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a Clean Air Act plan submitted by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection to establish emission limits for existing municipal solid waste landfills and implement enforcement measures.
