Coast Guard Proposes Modified Drawbridge Operation Schedule for Chelsea Street Bridge

The US Coast Guard is proposing a change to the operating schedule of the Chelsea Street Bridge in Massachusetts, allowing it to open to 139 feet above mean high water instead of its full 175 feet, in an effort to improve efficiency and better serve the local community.
