EPA Proposes Approval of Georgia's State Implementation Plan for 2010 1-Hour SO2 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Georgia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submission, which addresses the interstate transport of air pollution in compliance with the Clean Air Act's good neighbor provision for the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS).
