FMCSA Renews Exemptions for 77 Individuals from Vision Requirement for Interstate Commercial Motor Vehicle Drivers

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced its decision to renew exemptions for 77 individuals from the vision requirement in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) for interstate commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers, allowing them to continue operating CMVs in interstate commerce without meeting the vision requirements in one eye.
