EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving three state implementation plan revisions submitted by the Commonwealth of Virginia to address reasonably available control technology requirements for three facilities in Northern Virginia under the 2008 ozone national ambient air quality standard, as mandated by the Clean Air Act.
