FEMA Requests Public Comment on Reinstatement of Flood Hazard Determination Form

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking public comment on the reinstatement of a previously approved information collection for the Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form, which has expired. The form will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
