Cobscook Bay OCGenTM Power; Notice of Preliminary Permit Application Accepted for Filing and Soliciting Comments, Motions To Intervene, and Competing Applications

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has accepted a preliminary permit application for a hydroelectric power project in Cobscook Bay, Maine, and is soliciting comments and motions to intervene from the public and other stakeholders. The commission is also considering competing applications for the same project.
