Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zones on Cape Fear River

The Coast Guard is setting up two temporary safety zones on the Cape Fear River in Wilmington, North Carolina, from December 15, 2019, to February 15, 2020, to allow for bridge repairs and power cable replacement, restricting vessel traffic during this time.
