EPA to Settle with Environmental Groups Over Air Quality Standards

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has agreed to a proposed consent decree with environmental groups, including the Center for Biological Diversity and Center for Environmental Health, over allegations that the agency failed to meet air quality standards in Arizona.
