EPA Amends Diesel Fuel Regulations to Comply with International Sulfur Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is updating its diesel fuel regulations to enable fuel suppliers to distribute distillate diesel fuel that meets the international sulfur standard for ships, rather than the domestic standard, with the exception that the affected fuel cannot be used in Emission Control Areas in the United States.
