U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Extends Public Comment Period for Proposed Threatened Species Status for West Coast Fisher

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has reopened the public comment period for its proposed rule to list the West Coast distinct population segment of fisher as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act, allowing more time for public input.
