Pipeline Safety Agency Maintains 50% Random Drug Testing Rate for 2020, Provides DAMIS Reporting Details

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has confirmed that the minimum random drug testing rate for covered employees will remain at 50% during 2020, and has outlined requirements for reporting drug and alcohol testing information through the Drug and Alcohol Management Information System (DAMIS)
