EPA Designates 20 Chemical Substances as High-Priority Substances Under TSCA

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has designated 20 chemical substances as High-Priority Substances under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), initiating risk evaluations for these substances. This move is in line with the requirements of section 6(b) of TSCA and implementing regulations, and provides access to information and analysis supporting the designations.
