EPA Proposes Approval of Alabama's State Implementation Plan for 2010 1-Hour SO2 NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Alabama's State Implementation Plan (SIP) submission, which addresses the interstate transport of air pollution in amounts that contribute significantly to nonattainment or interfere with maintenance of the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) in other states.
