Exelon Generation Company, LLC Receives Partial Exemption from NRC for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has granted Exelon Generation Company, LLC a partial exemption from record retention regulations for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1, allowing the licensee to temporarily suspend record keeping until its operating license expires.
