Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. Receives NRC Exemption to Expedite License Renewal Process

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. an exemption to submit a license renewal application for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit No. 1, up to three years before its existing license expires, while maintaining timely renewal protection.
