Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC Seeks Long-Term Authorization to Export Liquefied Natural Gas

Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC has submitted an application to the Department of Energy for long-term authorization to export up to 16 million metric tons of domestic natural gas as liquefied natural gas (LNG) for a 20-year period, starting from the earlier of the date of first export or five years after authorization issuance.
