U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Bone Cements and Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that no violation of section 337 has occurred, but partially reversed and vacated some findings, and has terminated the investigation into certain bone cements, components, and products containing the same.
