U.S. International Trade Commission Affirms Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to affirm a violation of Section 337, resulting in the issuance of a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders, and the termination of an investigation into Certain Balanced Armature Devices, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof.
