US International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337 and Issues Remedial Orders for Certain Laparoscopic Surgical Staplers

The US International Trade Commission has determined that a company has violated Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by importing and selling infringing laparoscopic surgical staplers, and has issued remedial orders, which will be suspended pending a final decision by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and has terminated the investigation.
