USPTO Delays Patent Fee Effective Date to April 3, 2023

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has delayed the effective date of a new patent fee, originally set to take effect on January 1, 2023, until April 3, 2023, for patent applications not filed in DOCX format, except for design, plant, or provisional applications.
