Federal Communications Commission Proposes Modernization of Unbundling and Resale Requirements

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comment on proposals to update rules governing how incumbent local exchange carriers must provide access to local loops, dark fiber transport, and other network elements, as well as the costs associated with these services and a transition period for relief from unbundling and resale obligations.
