FERC Proposes Approval of Regional Reliability Standard for Western Electricity Coordinating Council

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has proposed to approve the Qualified Transfer Path Unscheduled Flow Relief regional Reliability Standard for the Western Electricity Coordinating Council, but requests additional information to address concerns, which may lead to modifications to the standard.
