FCC Renames and Modifies System of Records to Comply with Privacy Act of 1974

The Federal Communications Commission has transferred and renamed a system of records to meet the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, which mandates the publication of records in the Federal Register. The system, previously known as FCC/OGC-6, will now be used to process damage claims filed against the FCC.
