FCC to Review Petitions for Preemption of State Consumer Protection Requirements

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking to determine if Petitioners still have an interest in preemption of state consumer protection requirements that were filed between 2003 and 2005, and will dismiss the petitions with prejudice unless Petitioners object to the dismissal and provide reasons.
