FCC Announces Approval of New Video Relay Service Rules and Kari's Law Implementation

The Federal Communications Commission has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget to implement new rules for the Video Relay Service Program and Kari's Law, which will require compliance by enterprise communications systems within three years.
