FCC Modifies System of Records Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Federal Communications Commission has updated its records of Federal Advisory Committee Act membership files to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, a requirement to publicly disclose the existence and nature of its records, in order to manage its advisory committees that provide expertise on various policy and program issues.
