FCC Adopts Rules for 4.9 GHz Band Spectrum Leasing

The Federal Communications Commission has adopted rules allowing licensees to lease some or all of their 4.9 GHz spectrum rights to third parties, including commercial and public safety users, in states that are not identified as diverting 911 fees.
