FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Early Food Safety Evaluation of New Non-Pesticidal Proteins

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on its proposed collection of information related to the early food safety evaluation of new non-pesticidal proteins produced by new plant varieties intended for human consumption, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
