USDA Forest Service Revises Regulations for Conveyance of Small Tracts

The USDA Forest Service is updating its regulations to increase the value limit for small tracts to be sold outside the National Forest System, creating a new category for landfills and other special uses, and directing funds to the Sisk Act fund to alleviate management burdens.
